Background and qualifications
Kevin grew up in Philadelphia and was a first-generation graduate. He earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Pennsylvania. He worked across tech, labs, and startups before joining McKinsey as a consultant. At McKinsey he served consumer, retail, and tech clients, and he stayed active in recruiting. He also spent a summer on a marketing team at AWS and did undergraduate research at the Penn School of Medicine. From July 2023 to January 2025 he was a Senior Director at Dave & Buster's.
