Background and qualifications
Jo's coaching story began in 2013, when unmanageable debt forced them to look at their mindset around money. As Jo's thoughts changed, Jo saw their relationship, career and health improve. Jo went on to quit smoking, run four marathons, leave an abusive relationship and leave one career. Jo then trained as a Life Coach and built their own business. Jo has worked with over a hundred clients in the last 5 years.
