Background and qualifications
Ashleigh Welch left school to travel solo, then joined a leadership course in her twenties. That course assigned her a business coach, who ended up coaching her on her life. She went on to complete an MBA and earned a distinction. She is a certified coach. Ten years after her first big trip, she spent two years life coaching in Peru, Colombia, New Zealand, Bali and Rwanda, funding the trip from her laptop.
