Background and qualifications
Jo went through a hard time in 2013, when unmanageable debt forced Jo to look at Jo's mindset around money. As Jo's thinking changed, Jo felt better about Jo's relationship, career and health. Jo went on to quit smoking, run four marathons, leave one career and train as a life coach. Jo then built a coaching business. In the last 5 years Jo has worked with a hundred plus clients.
