Sessions are 60 minutes, one on one, over Zoom. Packages include check-ins by email or text between sessions and a digital accountability journal. She also uses the Energy Leadership Index Assessment to measure attitudes and behaviors.
Background and qualifications
Janet Kiddy worked in advertising for ten years. She then earned her Certified Professional Coach credential from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She left her corporate job to start Head Over Hurdles and now coaches full-time. She is also an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.
