Background and qualifications
Dylan graduated from Duke in 2016 with a BS in Economics. He joined BCG and rose from Project Leader to Principal to Partner over 8 years. He sat on the Career Development Committee and led office recruiting and interviewing. Earlier, he worked as a business consultant at Applied Predictive Technologies, where he handled pricing promotions, new product introductions and marketing strategy. He was also a Teaching Assistant in the Economics Department. Since April 2025 he has been Vice President of Strategy and Transformation, working on PE portfolio companies.
