She turns ideas like personality into a game board style process. She also uses tools she is certified in, including DiSC, Enneagram and Strength Finders.
Background and qualifications
Diana grew up in a large midwestern family in the United States. She earned a degree in Business and Marketing from Miami University, with a lean toward human resources. In 1984 she moved to Europe and became an entrepreneur in Germany, serving Americans abroad. From 1988 she worked as a corporate trainer and team building specialist in Italy. She has coached and trained since 1989 and has worked as a psychosomatic illness therapist since 2004. She founded the Your Life Your Way Academy and is a best selling author and international speaker. She was named to the Top 100 Women Achievers list in 2018.
