Background and qualifications
Derek spent the first 15 years of his career in large organizations. He served in the United States Air Force, the Department of Defense, and KeyBank. At KeyBank he led change in how the business managed a $120M contingent labor budget. That work led him into the staffing industry and to TalentLaunch. There he was Chief Operating Officer of a $125M organization, handling corporate support functions. When the network hit its ceiling, the company adopted EOS, and Derek led the rollout and served as Integrator. In 2019 he started his own EOS practice. He is now an EOS Franchise owner and Certified EOS Implementer.
