His C-level roles covered acquisition due diligence and integration, and building the organizations, processes, and systems that support growth. After leaving, he moved into higher education. He taught Business Strategy, joined the College of Business leadership team at the University of Akron, and started a Professional Development function. He is now Executive-in-Residence there and a Professional EOS Implementer.
