Background and qualifications
Clifford began his career in CPU design engineering after earning an electrical engineering degree from BYU. He moved into education research at the Clayton Christensen Institute. From June 2017 to August 2019 he was Chief of Staff to Clayton Christensen at Innosight, managing consulting, teaching, speaking, investment and research work. He later worked in venture capital at Ahren Innovation and Rose Park Advisors. He earned an MBA at Harvard Business School. Today he is co-founder and CEO of Vocation.
