How Claire works
Each session opens with a chance to recall a feel-good memory, which Claire calls a Happy Tin Moment. Clients can choose to take it. The idea is that a short break from worry lets the mind see the challenge in a fresh way. Claire then uses powerful questions and a mix of coaching models to explore automatic thoughts. Clients also get uninterrupted time to think and to reframe their own story.
