Background and qualifications
CJ has more than 35 years of business and leadership experience. She was a Regional Sales Manager for five divisions of an international corporation. She also served as Vice President of Operations and Human Resources for a facilities management firm. She co-founded an HR contract consulting company that grew from $0 to $8 million in three years. In 2010 she read Traction by Gino Wickman and moved into EOS work. For more than 15 years she has held roles in the EOS Worldwide community, including Coach, Head Coach and Global Community Leader. She co-authored PEOPLE: Dare to Build an Intentional Culture.
