Who Amber works with

Amber works with moms of teens who feel overwhelmed, unsure or stuck. She also works directly with teens who want to build emotional resilience and confidence. Her work covers school, behavior, friendships and mental health worries that come up in the teen years.

How Amber works

Amber offers two named programs. Teen FLAME is for teens, and FLAME for Moms is for parents. She also offers group workshops. Her work with teens helps them understand their emotions, trust themselves and create the outcomes they want. She draws on the wisdom teens already have and teaches them about their own biological development.

Background and qualifications

Amber is a certified Life Coach and Parent Coach. She is a mother of seven and has a long interest in human behavior, the brain, healing and personal growth. In September 2021 she lost her 18-year-old son to suicide. That loss led her to become an advocate for suicide prevention and mental wellness. She combined her coach training with her experience as a mother to build a space where kids, teens and young adults can talk openly without judgment.
