William spent eight years in the Army as a MEDEVAC Black Hawk pilot. He led aeromedical evacuation operations during a combat deployment to Afghanistan. He then applied to business school and was accepted to MIT Sloan, Kellogg, Haas, Fuqua, Darden and Tuck. He chose Sloan, where he was Co-President of the Veterans Club and a TA for Communications for Leaders. After graduating he joined Microsoft as a Product Marketing Manager. He applied to over 100 PM roles and then moved internally to Product Manager on the Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop team.
