Truth at Work is a peer advisory organization for Christian business owners and leaders. Members meet in groups once a month to work through business and life challenges from a biblical view. A small group of business leaders started it in 1998. Chapters now operate across the country and have reached thousands of people. Groups are confidential, so members can share real struggles with peers who share their faith.

Who Truth works with
Members are Christian business owners and leaders. Groups are made up of men and women who work in the same local area. Members come from many stages of their personal, professional and spiritual lives.
How Truth works
Each group meets once a month. Every meeting includes biblical teaching meant to apply to both business and personal life. The groups are confidential, so members can speak openly with peers. The organization also offers extra resources beyond the meetings. Guest speakers are brought in to talk about mixing faith and business. Leaders can also start a new group in their area.
Background and qualifications
Truth at Work began in 1998, when a small group of business leaders saw that Christians in the marketplace needed support and encouragement. Since then, chapters have opened across the country and have reached thousands of people. The organization has hosted speakers including author Jon Acuff, former Popeyes CEO Cheryl Bachelder, former coach Tony Dungy and pastor Crawford Loritts, Jr. It also runs a blog, a Truth Talks series and the Bottom Line Faith podcast.
