Background and qualifications
Tom graduated from the Naval Academy in 2017. He spent six years in the Navy, mostly as an Intelligence Officer. He lived in several places across the U.S. and spent a year in Bahrain. He then earned his MBA at Stanford GSB. During the program he interned in clean energy finance, at Blackstone in private equity, and at BCG in consulting. He also worked in real estate development in Warsaw, Poland. He joins BCG's New York office in January 2026.
