Background and qualifications
Thomas started in nonprofits and mission-driven startups in the U.S., Europe and Africa. He supported the U.K. launch of charity: Water. He then worked for Pan Africa Solar and Bboxx, two U.K.-based startups working to end energy poverty in Sub-Saharan Africa, and led the launch of Bboxx Nigeria in 2020. He was admitted to the Kellogg 1Y program in 2021, deferred a year, and started in June 2022. After Kellogg he joined CrossBoundary, where he advised executives and helped them build financial models and pitch decks for investors. He now runs Agave.
