Background and qualifications
Tanner was an extrovert who was still afraid to talk to people. He did not know how to start conversations or keep them going. About halfway through college, he decided to get better at being social and comfortable with himself. Over the next 7 years he worked to find and develop his story. He also did 500+ hours of research into the psychology of communicating. He holds a Masters of Ministry.
