Background and qualifications
Scott grew up in an entrepreneurial home and worked in his family's businesses. His first real job was in advertising. At 26 he founded a marketing firm, added a partner, and grew it to a Top-25 Twin Cities and Top-100 national agency. He exited after a decade. He then led marketing and sales at a construction firm and became a partner and CEO during the Great Recession. The firm recovered from a 60% cut in staff and made the Inc 5000 list 3 times. He exited after a decade and became an EOS Implementer.
