Sam grew up watching his family's small electrical services company grow into a publicly listed engineering and project-delivery business with more than 500 staff in Australia and New Zealand. He later founded, scaled and exited businesses of his own. Those businesses earned him EY Entrepreneur of the Year and a place in the AFR BRW Fast 100. He put EOS in place in his own company before his exit. He has been an EO member for over 10 years and served on the EO Perth Board. He has also spoken for YPO, EO, WA Leaders and TEC.
