Background and qualifications
Robert started his first IT company while still in college and later sold it to his partner in 2000. He was a founding member of the Charlotte Entrepreneurs' Organization and later served as chapter president. In 2000 he co-founded payment company Avidxchange, which has grown to over 1,200 employees. In 2003 he co-founded Integra Staffing and Search and exited in 2013. Since 2013 he has focused on helping entrepreneurial leaders build strong teams and get what they want from their business.
