Background and qualifications
Reyan spent about ten years in the Bay Area tech industry before attending Harvard Business School for an MBA. Roles include Senior Researcher at Netflix Studio from 2022 to 2024 and work at Meta from 2017 to 2022. Reyan studied computer science, human computer interaction, psychology and product design at Georgia Institute of Technology. Reyan co-founded Mountain People Inc., a company that turns underused farm harvests into snacks, and was a fellow at the Arthur Rock Center for Entrepreneurship. Reyan also won the grand prize in the Harvard Mittal Institute Seed for Change Competition.
