Background and qualifications
Reena started in admissions as a work-study student at Brandeis's international business school. She took on financial aid, admissions and student life duties there, then became Interim Dean of Admission. She later directed admission for the dual-degree programs of Columbia, Barnard and the Jewish Theological Seminary, and began consulting during that time. She worked at Rutgers with Educational Opportunity Fund students and Mason Gross School of the Arts candidates. She then served as Director of Admission at The Pingry School before consulting full time. She holds a BA from Brandeis and a master's in Applied Psychology from NYU.
