Rachel Lewandowski is a life coach who helps women who are struggling in a relationship decide whether to keep working on it or to end it with respect. She coaches functioning adults who want someone to listen, sort out their thoughts, and hold them accountable to their goals. Her own experience with divorce shapes her work. She went through two marriages that ended, and she says the hardest part was coming to terms with the decision itself. Her sessions use prework and hard questions.

Who Rachel works with
Rachel coaches women who are struggling in a relationship of any kind and are not sure if they want to keep it. She also works with functioning adults who want someone to listen, help them find clarity, and keep them on track toward their goals.
How Rachel works
Rachel offers a single 90 minute session and a 12 week program of 50 minute sessions. Before the first full session, clients do prework to explore what they want. Then they build a high-level game plan toward their goals. The 12 week program meets once a week and is a deeper dive into guided self-reflection. Rachel asks hard questions and keeps pushing, and clients do the work between sessions. She describes it as like therapy, but not therapy.
Background and qualifications
Rachel builds her coaching on personal experience. She has been through two marriages that ended in divorce, along with the loss of friendships and jobs. Her first divorce brought a bankruptcy and a foreclosure, and she rebuilt from there. She remembers the struggle of not trusting herself to know what was right and the energy she spent hoping things would change. She later became a mother to daughters. Her parents died at the start of 2023.
