In 2013 she moved to MIT as Assistant Director for Graduate Student Career Services and as a freshman academic advisor. She also spent three years as an admission consultant for Kaplan in London. She has run a private consulting practice since December 2010. Since 2014 she has worked as a dean and faculty member at a major medical center. She holds a Gallup Strengths coaching certification from 2017 and is certified in psychological assessments, including MBTI.
