Background and qualifications
Lois spent her early twenties at Zingerman's, a community of businesses that started as a corner deli. There she learned to start every project by asking what the Vision is. At 25 she wrote her first 5-year personal Vision. She then worked in a small town in Sicily and moved to Spain, where she had her first Visioning client. She returned to the US and officially started her business. She now lives in Madrid.
