The work blends self-discovery, nervous system awareness, energy management, identity work and entrepreneurial mentorship.
Background and qualifications
Before starting Our Coaching Initiative in 2023, Lindsay spent over 20 years at industry-leading financial firms. These include Northwestern Mutual, LPL, TD Ameritrade and Janus Henderson. She has coached more than 1,500 advisors and wrote consulting roadmaps used in the advisor industry. Her coaching now draws on nervous system science, somatic practice, neurobiology, behavior change and trauma-informed principles.
