How Joseph works
Joseph calls his method Integrated Coaching. Each client works through a custom Coaching Arc. It blends the Co-Active Model, positive psychology, lifestyle medicine, narrative practices, behavior change science and design thinking. Clients leave each session with action steps, and progress is tracked. Between sessions he gives custom journaling prompts, check-ins and intentional actions. If a client drops their goals, he asks why and works with what comes up.
Background and qualifications
Joseph has a BA in Psychology from Dartmouth College and an MA in Design Research from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. He completed coach training through the Co-Active Training Institute and continues to build his practice under supervision. He is finishing a Master of Science in Lifestyle Medicine at the University of Thessaly, where he researches behavioral interventions for chronic disease, health and wellbeing. He has spent over a decade in tech and research, and he works as a career researcher and human-centered design professional.
