Background and qualifications
Jennifer Dooher spent many years helping students with college planning for free. In December 2014 she turned that work into a business and began taking paying clients as an Independent Educational Consultant. She founded Hitting the Mark College Consulting LLC. In 2019 she sat for the Certified Educational Planner exam through AICEP and passed it in June of that year.
