Jeff worked in graduate admissions for over 30 years. From December 1987 to November 2013, he was Director of Graduate Admissions at the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University. He made final admission and fellowship decisions on tens of thousands of applications. He managed a fellowship budget of $4 million. Each year he helped select 350 students from a pool of 2000 applicants. After a short consulting role helping the new director, he joined Edvice Princeton in March 2014 as a graduate student advisor.
