Background and qualifications
Jace grew up in the Dallas area playing hockey and later attended Harvard, where he earned a bachelor's degree in economics. He turned from pro hockey toward investment banking and landed a sell-side M&A internship at TD Cowen. He earned a return offer and worked there as an analyst for a year. He then moved to private equity, first as an associate and now as a Senior Associate at Transition Capital. He also served as an executive recruiter for the Harvard Undergraduate Law Review.
