Gary worked in tech for more than 20 years. His roles included Founder and Managing Director at iterate, General Manager at Kooomo SaaS, Senior Developer at Open Interface and Head of Product. He was also President of the IADT Students' Union. After his own ADHD diagnosis in 2014 and burnout in 2023, he trained as an ADHD coach. He is certified through ADHD Works and studied at Mentor Coach and King's College London. He holds an MSc and a BSc (Hons).
