Frederik is a Danish-born executive who has spent much of his career in Latin America. He worked for a decade as a consultant at McKinsey and earned an MBA at Harvard Business School. He then held executive roles at multinational companies. An investment fund hired him as CEO of a Chilean company with 300 employees, several plants and US$25M in revenue. After a decade running small and mid-size companies, he found EOS and became a Professional EOS Implementer. He has worked in this role since 2024.
