FitBliss Fitness is a team of contest prep coaches for physique competitors. They coach athletes in Bikini, Fit Model, Wellness, Figure and Men's Physique. Their team has guided athletes on the bodybuilding stage since 2013, from first-time competitors to IFBB Pros. Each athlete gets a primary coach plus the input of the whole team. Their Chief Science Officer, Natalie, is a published researcher who checks that training and nutrition methods rest on evidence.

What FitBliss helps with

The team helps athletes get ready for physique competitions and look their best on stage. They also offer other training programs outside of contest prep.

Who FitBliss works with

How FitBliss works

Each athlete has a primary coach and also draws on the whole Fitbliss team. Athletes get weekly check-ins, individualized feedback and customized training programs. They also get nutrition plans, cardio and supplement advice, and look suggestions for suit, hair, makeup and tan. The team reviews blood work and tracks it during prep. Monthly team Zoom meetings are part of the process. Coaches also support athletes on show day.
