In story work, she listens to a client's story and helps them engage all of it, both the hard parts and the good parts. She offers story work one on one and in groups.
Background and qualifications
Esperansita worked more than 24 years in Corporate America as an engineer and a marketer. She then trained as a coach through Coach U, where she holds the Core Essentials Coach credential and is a licensed facilitator of the Coach U Coaching Clinic. She also completed Level III Narrative Focused Trauma Care training at The Allender Center. She has training in Third Culture Kid debriefing as well.
