Erin studied Chemical Engineering at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University from 2008 to 2012. She then served in the US Navy from June 2012 to April 2018 as a Reactor Electrical Assistant. There she managed and tested the Navy's newest nuclear propulsion plant and its first 13.8 kV electrical distribution system. She led 31 nuclear trained electricians. She later earned an MBA at Harvard Business School and worked at McKinsey & Company, advising Fortune 500 companies. Since 2022 she has been Managing Partner and Founder of Exeter Road Capital, working as a search fund entrepreneur.
