Background and qualifications
Eleanor started as an admissions processor at BYU from 2005 to 2007, entering and reviewing applications. From 2007 to 2018 she managed financial aid, working on FAFSA processing and training student staff. During that time she trained as an application reader. She served three years as an enrollment services counselor and six years as an application reader in total. She later became an associate registrar at Ensign College and now directs NCAA compliance. She holds a bachelor's degree from Colorado State University and a master's in Student Affairs in Higher Education.
