How Calixpert works
Coaching follows a 3 step process. Clients fill in a 2 minute questionnaire about their background and goals. Then they have a 15 minute call with a coach. Next, the coach sets a baseline and builds a custom plan. The plan includes instructional videos for every exercise, form and video feedback, chat support, progress benchmarks and accountability. Clients train 3 to 5 times a week.
