Brian began his career as an orchestra conductor and music teacher. 25 years ago he moved into organizational leadership and social entrepreneurship, sparked by an interest in what makes organizations excel. He served as president and CEO of his third organization, where he led a regional talent-development effort that brought together CEOs, school superintendents, higher education leaders, elected officials and nonprofit executives. He found EOS in 2017 and later became a professional EOS implementer.
