How Beth works
Beth breaks the application process into small tasks and oversees the whole thing. She sends reminders about key dates and deadlines and stays available for questions along the way. Students get access to the YouScience aptitude assessment and GuidedPath college planning software. Essays get a final review by an Essay Expert, who gives an objective read similar to that of an admission counselor. Beth also submits applications with the student to make sure the process finishes smoothly.
Background and qualifications
Beth started in college admissions at Bryant University, where she worked from 2003 to 2011. She rose to Senior Assistant Director of Admission. In that role she sat on the admissions and marketing team, managed the admissions website and social media, ran a travel territory and read applications. In July 2011 she became an independent counselor at Campus Bound in Massachusetts, working with 10 to 15 students each year. She opened and managed the Campus Bound office in Mansfield, MA in 2012 and left at the end of 2014. In 2015 she started Farias College Admission Partners, LLC.
