Aileen started in journalism. From 1987 to 2000 she was a general assignment and political reporter for CNN Newsource and TV stations in Portland, Tampa and Washington DC. She then served as communications director for a US Senator from 1998 to 2000. From 2000 to 2002 she was a manager and executive trainer at Golin/Harris, where she trained people in media and speech and presentation skills. Since April 2010 she has been President and CEO of The Pincus Group. She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and mass communications with a broadcast journalism focus.
