Adrian has started and run several companies over 25 years. It grew into an e-commerce agency and won national awards. In 2013 his main tech agency nearly failed. He read Traction, put EOS in place and turned the business around. He later scaled it and sold it to a global player. He is now a Certified EOS Implementer.
